Intermountain Health Compliance Consultant in Boston, Massachusetts

Job Description:

This position supports the implementation and maintenance of a coordinated and integrated Compliance Program at Intermountain Healthcare. This position demonstrates an understanding of the regulations that govern healthcare and works to ensure compliance with those regulations. This position investigates issues, provides education and information, assesses risks, and monitors outcomes.

Position Details:

The incumbent for this role will conduct audits for Hospice and Home Health Services, particularly regulations, state requirements, etc. related to Revenue Cycle functions. This position may be hired on at a Level I or Level II depending on experience.

This role will work remotely Monday-Friday, during regular business hours.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Progressive professional experience working in compliance related roles related to analyzing and implementing regulations, assessing risk and implementing corrective action plans.

  • Experience and knowledge of health care regulations.

  • Effective verbal, written, and interpersonal communications.

  • Problem solving, organization, and stewardship of confidential information.

  • Experience working on projects with a team and filling various roles.

  • Ability to prioritize assignments.

  • Awareness of the 8 elements of an effective compliance program.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution

  • Clinical Licensure

  • Experience with Hospice and Home Health Services; particularly regulations, state requirements, etc. related to Revenue Cycle functions.

The hourly range for this position is listed below. Actual hourly rate dependent upon experience.

$29.66 - $46.72
