This Compensation Service and Systems Specialist - HR will be responsible for:

  • Acting as primary intake and distribution of all requests to the Compensation team; documenting, distributing, processing, reporting, and providing customer service.

  • Administering project tracking system software, job description software, and data aggregation software; facilitates system changes, and integrations working with vendors and HRIS to implement and update.

To qualify, you must have:

  • A Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Healthcare Administration or related field, a minimum of two years of experience in Human Resources, Compensation, system administration role. Experience in data management and analytics strongly preferred, relevant experience may substitute for degree.

  • Advanced spreadsheet and word processing skills.

  • Strong analytical skills to in order to resolve problems that require the use of basic to moderately complex mathematical or statistical principles.

  • The ability to successfully manage multiple demands and projects simultaneously while maintaining the utmost level of confidentiality and discretion.

  • Strong organizational abilities and be able to prioritize work.

  • Experience with interacting effectively with all levels of internal and external customers.

  • Outstanding competencies in communication, analysis, and project management skills.

  • Excellent critical thinking and problem solving skills.

  • The ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team environment.

  • Human Resources or compensation certification preferred.
