We are on the search for Two experienced Collections Specialists to join our team in Boston, Massachusetts. In this role, you will be tasked with managing consumer collections via multiple channels, ensuring the accuracy of customer credit records, and effectively responding to customer inquiries. This role provides a long-term contract employment opportunity in the industry.

Responsibilities:

• Handling consumer collections through communication via phone and email for any outstanding accounts that are 90 days past due

• Utilizing your bilingual skills in Spanish and English to improve communication and customer service

• Leveraging your experience in consumer lending collections to handle and resolve customer issues

• Maintaining and updating customer credit records to ensure accuracy and efficiency

• Monitoring customer accounts and taking appropriate actions when necessary

• Providing exceptional customer service by resolving customer inquiries promptly and professionally

• Utilizing your skills in cash collections to manage and monitor the company's cash flow.

Requirements • Minimum of 3 years experience in a similar role as a Collections Specialist

• Proficient in Collections and Consumer Collections practices

• Strong customer service skills are required

• Proficiency in Spanish language is a must

• Ability to translate Spanish accurately is essential

• Demonstrated experience in Cash Collections is necessary
