Job Description

The CMSC Project Manager will support project teams in operational excellence, tech transfer to CDMO, and lifecycle management within a cell therapy program. This role involves collaborating with Operations, MSAT, Supply Chain, Regulatory, and Quality leads to manage project plans, track progress, drive actions, escalate risks, and facilitate decision-making. The primary focus is on external manufacturing strategic projects, with additional projects assigned based on bandwidth and program needs.

Key Responsibilities:

-Develop and maintain project plans with area leads, identifying interdependencies and critical path activities.

-Lead process mapping and scenario planning workshops to address challenges.

-Track key milestones and decision points, ensuring project objectives are met.

-Communicate project status, objectives, risks, and mitigation plans to team members and stakeholders.

-Organize and maintain team communications, including meeting agendas, minutes, decision logs, task lists, and risk analyses.

-Update and maintain project status tools, such as action logs, risk registers, and dashboards.

-Perform duties within established SOPs and GxP requirements.

Qualifications:

-Experience in technical operations, supply chain, tech transfer, manufacturing, and/or operational excellence in a GMP environment.

-Solid working knowledge of GMPs and project management skills.

-Proactive mentality with the ability to pivot quickly as priorities change.

-Excellent organizational and communication skills, both written and verbal.

-Ability to work effectively and independently in cross-functional, matrixed teams.

Pay Range: $70/hr-580/hr (pay range contingent on multiple factors including years of experience, industry experience, level of degree, etc.)

Skills and Requirements

-Bachelors degree in engineering, life sciences or related field.

-Experience in technical operations, supply chain, tech transfer, manufacturing, and/or operational excellence in a GMP environment.

-Expertise in Microsoft suite (Project, PowerPoint, SharePoint, Word, Excel, Outlook) and core level knowledge of Smartsheet for project management.

-Solid working knowledge of GMPs and project management skills.

-Proactive mentality with the ability to pivot quickly as priorities change.

-Excellent organizational and communication skills, both written and verbal.
