Responsibilities:The Clubhouse Worker supports Bay Cove's mission performing the following tasks: Facilitate work unit, Food Services Unit, Clubhouse Worker description specifies: Support members around Education goal planning, Provide job coaching services for members involved in all types of employment: Transitional, Supported, and Independent, Facilitate social activities, discussion groups, and outings, Function as key staff members, Work with members on rehabilitation goal planning. In addition, the clubhouse worker will: Work with members on rehabilitation goal planning, including completing Assessments, Action Plans, Monthly Service Notes, and other documentation as needed; Assist in orienting new members to the program as assigned by the Intake Coordinator; Complete daily billing tracking sheet and other reporting logs as needed; Work side by side with club members in work units; Train club members in the use of unit equipment; Provide job coaching; Function as a key staff member for assigned members; Maintain contact with members, providers; Provide supportive and crisis counseling; Write progress notes and incident reports; Facilitate other work unit as needed; Facilitate social activities, discussion groups, and outings; Provide outreach services to club members; Assist with maintenance of physical plant; Drive agency van.

Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree, and preferably at least one year’s experience working with adults with psychiatric disabilities. Ability to relate to individuals who possess a wide range of abilities and skills. Ability to relate to groups of all sizes. Ability to relate to a diverse membership in a manner that respects individual’s human dignity. Excellent interpersonal skills. Excellent communication skills. Strong team player. Ability to juggle multiple priorities, and good judgment. Computer Skills. Ability to satisfactorily complete a writing sample. English/Spanish bilingual candidates are strongly encouraged to apply.
