Description We are offering a contract to permanent employment opportunity for a Cloud System Administrator in the Healthcare, Hospitals, and Social Assistance industry. This role will be based in Boston, Massachusetts and will involve a hybrid model of working.

Responsibilities:

• Administer Azure/Office 365 systems, Azure Virtual Networking (Azure Vnet), and handle Windows/VMware server management tasks.

• Ensure regular security updates, server maintenance, and patching of servers.

• Manage tasks such as building and cloning servers, Azure storage, and VMware.

• Handle IT projects, ticketing, Azure work, and the construction of VMware servers.

• Troubleshoot any issues that arise, roll out devices in inTune, and set up Office 365 mailboxes.

• Address system admin level application issues such as re-upping Azure purchases and moving Azure server to another tier.

• Be involved in backup projects and work collaboratively with vendors.

• Set up infrastructure for dashboards as part of data modernization projects.

• Manage the technology environment which includes Office365/Azure cloud environment, 80 VMware servers, SCCM, and servers for Canon printers, SMTP to go, SolarWinds (for security alerts), and Crowdstrike. Requirements • Applicant must possess a minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role.

• Proficiency in Azure Active Directory is a must.

• Working knowledge of Azure Blob Storage is required.

• Experience with Azure and Windows Azure is necessary.

• Familiarity with Azure Storage is needed.

• Proficiency in Office 365 is essential.

• Experience with SCCM is required.

• Knowledge of SCCM - System Cntr Config Mgr is a plus.

• Expertise in VMware, VMware Infrastructure, and VMware Technologies is necessary.

• Knowledge of Application Security and Endpoint Security is required.

• Demonstrated ability to manage Security Configuration and Security Control.

• Familiarity with SolarWinds is a plus.

• Proficiency in managing Windows Server, Windows Server 2016, and Windows Server 2019 is required.

• Prior experience in the Healthcare, Hospitals, or Social Assistance industries is preferred. Technology Doesn't Change the World, People Do.®
