The role of the Cashier is to provide exceptional customer and guest experiences while ensuring that all transactions meet company practices for revenue control. Provide customer service and make exceptional guest experiences the priority in every transaction Process transactions: cash, credit cards, checks, and validation transactions based upon location parking rates and requirements Be able to use a radio to call the garage if the transaction must be processed manually Document all transactions following company policy via shift report Be accountable for all cash received and tendered, and disposition of such payment according to the money drop procedure Maintain cleanliness of the cash register area daily
