TEKsystems Call Center Customer Service Representative in Boston, Massachusetts

Call Center Representative (2nd Shift and Overnight shift)

Description:

  • Customer Service Reps are taking 200 calls a day from incoming patients of DRs for their clinics which are Hospitals and Smaller Health Clinics

  • Their job is to determine who's on call at a client, pull up contact info in database and triage the call to the appropriate contact

  • KPI's: 85% of calls within 30 seconds

Available Shifts:

  • Overnight-Tuesday-Saturday 10pm-8am – Must be able to train 2 weeks onsite between 10am-7pm

  • Second Shift – between 2pm-11pm-requires working every Saturday

  • Second Shift – between 2pm-11pm – requires working every Sunday

  • Swing Shift 1 opening – Between 10am-9pm-Requires working every Sunday-Will have Saturday and another day off ( may not be together)

Training is typically 10:30am -6:30 /7pm

No Free Parking- they encourage people not to drive
