Position Overview
We’re looking for a passionate and driven Business Intelligence Analyst to join our Customer Experience (CX) Analytics team. You will report into the Senior Manager of Business Analytics and partner with Product Managers across our Digital Experience & Customer Empowerment (DXC) organization to provide unbiased and actionable insights to help improve our digital customer experience. You will set and track KPIs across various projects to monitor success and help drive operational efficiency. You will play a significant role in fostering a customer-focused and data-driven culture through meaningful research and analysis of our customer's experience across the digital lifecycle.
This is primarily a Hybrid role based in San Francisco or Boston.
Responsibilities
Perform deep dive analyses to understand trends, anomalies, and insights that will highlight customer pain points and help drive operational improvements
Translate business objectives into functional data requirements and balance them with technical feasibility
Craft data stories through presentations, written summaries, and data visualizations that provide actionable and unbiased customer intelligence
Independently build and manage relationships with key stakeholders, including Senior Manager/Director level
Proactively manage and set stakeholder expectations on project roadmaps, resourcing, timelines and deliverables
Collaborate with stakeholders on the development of insight-driven tools & dashboards and provide ongoing support regarding functionality and data-integrity
Minimum Requirements
Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field (e.g. Economics, Statistics, Mathematics, Analytics or related)
3+ years in a business analytics role
Advanced knowledge of SQL or other programming languages
Experience with data visualization tools such as Power BI
Advanced experience with Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, advanced modeling, creating visualizations)
Experience with web analytics tools such as Adobe Analytics
Preferred Requirements
Experience with scripting/statistical languages such as R, Python or equivalent
Experience setting up automated reporting pipeline and ETL process
Experience working cross-functionally with UX/UI designers, researchers, or product managers and consolidating qualitative and quantitative insights
Passionate and data-curious with ability to identify pain points and tell cohesive data stories to identify pain points and recommend improvements
Eagerness to take on new challenges, learn new skills and think creatively

Salary transparency
Salary is one part of Autodesk’s competitive compensation package. For U.S.-based roles, we expect a starting base salary between $87,400 and $150,700. Offers are based on the candidate’s experience and geographic location, and may exceed this range. In addition to base salaries, we also have a significant emphasis on annual cash bonuses, commissions for sales roles, stock grants, and a comprehensive benefits package.
