About Our Client: We are partnering with a leading American cloud computing company specializing in customer relationship management (CRM), applicant tracking systems (ATS), and operational software for the staffing industry. Our client is seeking 4 talented PHP/.NET Core Engineers for a 6-month contract-to-hire opportunity . The company, headquartered in Boston, provides innovative software solutions to streamline staffing operations for businesses globally.

Position: Remote PHP/.NET Core Engineers (4 Positions Available)

Job Type: 6-Month Contract to Full-Time Conversion

Location: Fully Remote

Role Overview: Our client is looking for PHP/.NET Core Engineers to join their remote team. You will be responsible for developing and maintaining backend services that support their industry-leading CRM and ATS products, ensuring they remain scalable and efficient. A solid background in PHP development is essential, and experience with .NET Core is a must. This is a contract-to-hire role, with the opportunity to transition into a full-time position after the initial 6-month period, contingent on performance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and enhance backend services using PHP and .NET Core to support the client’s core CRM and ATS platforms.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers, designers, and frontend developers, to deliver high-quality features and services.

• Ensure scalability, performance, and maintainability of code across distributed systems.

• Participate in agile development cycles, including code reviews, sprint planning, and continuous integration.

• Troubleshoot, identify, and resolve technical issues in both production and development environments.

• Work fully remotely, while contributing to a fast-paced, collaborative team environment.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a PHP developer with strong skills in backend development.

• Experience with .NET Core is required .

• Familiarity with modern PHP frameworks (e.g., Laravel, Symfony) and relational databases like MySQL or PostgreSQL.

• Strong understanding of RESTful APIs, web services, and microservices architecture.

• Experience with version control (Git) and CI/CD tools.

• Excellent problem-solving skills, with a strong focus on code quality and performance.

• Self-motivated and able to thrive in a fully remote environment.

Preferred Experience:

• Knowledge or experience in the staffing industry or with CRM/ATS systems.

• Experience with cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.

• Familiarity with DevOps practices, automation, and deployment pipelines.
