The B2B Marketing Manager manages the day-to-day strategies and activities within our Small Business Banking and Commercial Banking Marketing team in accordance with the organization's short and long-term business priorities and objectives. Additionally, the incumbent is responsible for a range of investigative studies to assess the organization's present and future positions with regard to market share, effectiveness of current marketing/sales programs and feasibility of new products, and recommends revisions and enhancements to product lines to stimulate demand generation and meet business goals
Works closely with internal and external partners to execute on an integrated, multi-channel marketing plan - including the measurement and optimization of campaigns within the plan - for one or more complex business segments.
Analyzes marketing performance information, projections, and other meaningful data and prepares forecasts on marketing strategies and initiatives to support evolving and company products and services.
Develops and maintains close working relationships with business segment partners.
Develops marketing budget for business segments and obtains alignment with business segment leadership.
Formulates proactive strategic recommendations for marketing programs.
Manages the day-to-day activities the organization's short and long-term business priorities and objectives.
Maintains understanding of competitive offerings and scale/influence of competitors.
Bachelor's Degree; Marketing, Community Relations, Communications, Business Administration or equivalent field or equivalent work experience
5-9 years; Marketing/Financial Services experience and/or experience in regulated industries. (Small Business Banking and/or Commercial Banking experience is desirable.)
Ability to create and execute strategic marketing plans and projects, and communicate these plans and projects at all levels.
Ability to direct and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Ability to regularly evaluate workload and prioritize projects.
Ability to translate verbal ideas and written communication into effective marketing materials.
Adaptable thinker who can work both strategically as well as in a hands-on/executional capacity.
Knowledge of, and ability to use, Excel, PowerPoint, and Microsoft tools.
Demonstrated creative success working and influencing in collaborative, multi-functional teams.
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
Must have excellent professional presentation skills, and the ability to interact and engage all levels of management/leadership.
Strong business acumen and organizational agility; critical thinker and results oriented., Strong leadership, initiative and planning skills.
Experience with sponsorship programs, event planning and management, both in-person and virtual
Strong digital marketing skills including an understanding of Website development and design, Mobile applications, email and mobile marketing
Experience with real-time marketing strategies and execution.
Minimal physical effort such as sitting, standing, and walking.
