Boston University ASSOCIATE REGISTRAR, Enrollment & Student Administration, University Registrar in BOSTON, Massachusetts

The Associate Registrar for Classroom Management and Curriculum oversees and manages the class scheduling, classroom management, and curriculum/bulletin management responsibilities of the Office of the University Registrar (OUR) for Boston University.

  • Represents the Office of the Registrar to the Provost, University deans, associate/assistant deans, and other BU senior leadership in establishing and maintaining appropriate and consistent academic and curricular policies and procedures throughout the University.

  • Collaborates with University leadership and stakeholders in the schools and colleges to ensure that the curriculum is accurately presented in the Bulletin and that courses are scheduled appropriately.

  • Collaborates with stakeholders in BU's schools, colleges, and administrative units to ensure that all available Charles River and Fenway campus classroom resources are optimally deployed to support the curricular needs of the University's students and faculty.

    As an OUR associate registrar, this position is responsible for supporting, organizing, and managing the many varied operations and responsibilities handled by the Office of the University Registrar, including, as needed, those priorities usually overseen by other OUR managers.

Required Skills

Master’s Degree with 5 to 8 years of experience, with 3+ years of management experience.
