What you’ll be doing...
Verizon Connect's commercial Connected Devices Product Management team is hiring an Associate Product Manager to initially focus on the 3G to 4G migrations program. We are looking for a motivated, data-driven individual who can bring their attention to detail and analytical skill set to this critical role on the team. This is a great opportunity for someone to get their foot in the door from another technical discipline and join the product management team.
Managing customer eligibility for marketing and upgrade campaigns.
Extracting and distributing customer and product insights to enable Sales, Support, and other business teams.
Collaborating with Marketing to recommend preferred options for the customer based on product usage.
Evaluating weekly for the upgrade programs and progress.
Assisting in making decisions to enhance new device adoption across the customer base and drive results.
This role will require the ability to act quickly and meet the needs of the program’s demands as it changes week over week
This hybrid role will have a defined work location that includes work from home and assigned office days as set by the manager.
What we’re looking for...
You’ll need to have:
Associate’s degree or two or more years of work experience.
Three or more years of relevant work experience.
Excel with VLOOKUP and Pivot Tables, Google Share Drive management, Tableau read and extraction, and standard Salesforce reporting capabilities or aptitude and willingness to learn.
Even better if you have one or more of the following:
Bachelor's degree in Product Management, Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science or equivalent.
Experience with advanced data analytics tools and ability to automate data extraction tasks.
Experience in a Technical Product Manager role.
