Job Description
We are looking for a passionate and energized Associate Key Account Manager who would like to help us connect more children and adults to one of the world's most loved brands.

Core Responsibilities
Provide daily key account management and administrative support
Assortment Management tool execution, Co-Promotion Item Assortment management and Product Launch execution management
Support the execution of the listings, distribution and feature strategy across Retailer Stores and eCommerce
Item set-up and coordination (Brick & Mortar & eCommerce), sample management and .com product page audit support
Be responsible for Daily Business Analytics and Reporting
Develop and share daily performance reporting
Support weekly performance reporting and reoccurring weekly business review meetings
Support business prospecting – Audience, Theme/PP, Geographies, Channels/Formats
Provide day to day key account, activity calendar, listings & distribution management and admin support
Co-Promotion, Co-Pack, & Exclusive product management

The Associate Key Account Manager supporting a large retail account is a central member of the team and is a vital contributor to ensuring business needs are met and flawless execution is delivered.
Responsibilities include planning and executing daily tasks across a broad range of functions, including reporting and analytics, listings support & management, requests for samples, management of co-promotion assortment, and ad hoc requests.
Do you have what it takes?
1-3 years experience in consumer packaged goods is preferred.
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Business Suite; analytical ability through Excel required.
Ability to work independently, collaboratively, and cross-functionally.
Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to establish positive relationships internally and externally.
Limited domestic travel required.
Experience with retailer analytics platforms.
Candidates must be able to demonstrate elements of account management skills, analytical/insight-based approach that have served the needs of both company and customer.
New Location Update
This position will initially be based at our LEGO Education office at Boylston St, Back Bay, Boston before moving to a new central Boston office location by the end of 2026. Our hiring teams will discuss this with you during the interview stages.

Compensation
The salary for this position has a range of $90,000 - $135,100 based on anticipated responsibilities, market benchmarks, and organizational constraints. The LEGO Group carefully considers a wide range of compensation factors, including but not limited to prior experience, skills, expertise, location, internal equity, and other considerations permitted by law. The comprehensive remuneration details, inclusive of benefits, will be communicated upon finalization of the employment offer.
