Description Seekin an In-House Associate Counsel which will provide legal advice and guidance to the bank's management and business units on a variety of matters related to banking and finance. This role involves identifying and analyzing legal issues, drafting and reviewing contracts and other legal documents, and providing legal support to the bank's operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide legal advice and support to the bank's management and business units on a wide range of legal issues, including banking and finance, corporate governance, regulatory compliance, and commercial transactions.

Draft and review contracts, agreements, policies, and other legal documents.

Conduct legal research and analysis on various issues, including regulatory and compliance matters, and provide guidance and recommendations to the bank's stakeholders.

Monitor and analyze developments in laws and regulations affecting the banking industry, and advise the bank's management and business units on the impact of such developments on the bank's operations.

Manage and supervise outside counsel retained by the bank for various legal matters, ensuring quality and cost-effective legal services.

Assist with the development and implementation of the bank's legal policies and procedures, and ensure that the bank's operations are in compliance with applicable laws and regulations.

Participate in various projects and initiatives, as assigned by the General Counsel or other members of the bank's management team.
