Metropolitan College houses a diverse array of programs and modalities that add unique layers of complexity to its operation and student lifecycle. The flexible, hybrid nature of our programs, six term start days throughout the academic year, and wide-ranging program offerings leads to a complex and fluid data management structure. The Associate Director for Student Services & Operations will lead the effort to optimize our student data integrity by increasing the frequency and methods of tracking, clean-up, and student support. Regular oversight of student record updates and the associated impacts will lead to an overall smoother student experience, more timely projections of semester by semester enrollments/head counts, and student satisfaction/retention.

Required Skills

Master's degree required plus 8+ years experience in higher ed or related field.
