Wayfair Associate Director - Post Delivery Partner Support in Boston, Massachusetts

<p>Wayfair is looking for an inspirational leader with a strong background in process and project management, analytics, people development, and a track record of building and nurturing high performing teams. This creative, self-starting candidate should have top-notch communication and partnership skills.</p>

<p><strong>What You'll Do</strong></p>

<ul>

<li>Relentlessly focus on Wayfair's Global Partner Support Execution to help build and drive results in the Post-Delivery operations space. This includes leading the Supplier Transfers Program, Replacement Parts operations, and Get Paid support teams.&nbsp;&nbsp;</li>

<li>Lead a large team (350+) of Contractors, Associates, and Managers, ensuring best in class service and support through tight KPI definition and management and refining incentives to motivate the team.</li>

<li>Build out key metrics that define success for the team and enable day-to-day management and short and long term capacity planning.</li>

<li>Work with our Create partners to define and communicate a 6-12 month work plan, identifying opportunities to drive &amp; measure impact across broader KPIs and OKRs.</li>

<li>Partner with stakeholders across Wayfair to establish and enforce customer, supplier, and partner facing policies.</li>

<li>Identify opportunities through a combination of data driven analysis and observations to drive customer experience.</li>

<li>Oversee impact measurement, reporting and trend analysis and consult with stakeholders based on results.</li>

<li>Contribute to the development of tools and processes that drive efficiencies for the team and simplify the day-to-day operations.</li>

<li>Understand strategic business goals and deliver strategies and solutions for achieving those goals and navigating roadblocks.</li>

</ul>

<p><strong>What You’ll Need</strong></p>

<ul>

<li>7+ years of experience in a fast paced consumer-focused organization&nbsp;</li>

<li>5+ years of leadership experience with a track record of leading a large team</li>

<li>Experience interfacing with Sr. Leadership; developing relationships, objectively challenging, presenting, reporting, and consulting</li>

<li>Ability to collaboratively partner across all levels and functions throughout the organization to assess talent development needs, build long-term strategies, and recommend viable design solutions</li>

<li>Proven experience developing global data-driven processes</li>

<li>Ability to evaluate data to illustrate meaningful performance trends and identify opportunity areas&nbsp;</li>

<li>Critical thinking and creative problem solving skills and flexibility to adjust to frequent changes in training priorities and schedules to accommodate business needs</li>

<li>Ability to work independently in a fast moving environment with a certain level of ambiguity</li>

</ul>

<p>All Boston-based interns, Co-ops, and corporate employees will be in office in a hybrid capacity. Employees will work in the office on designated days, Monday - Thursday, and work remotely Friday.</p>
