Job Description

Insight Global is seeking an Application Programming Analyst who will be joining an exciting group within a Transit Applications Team here in Boston. We are seeking a local candidate that can work hybrid in downtown Boston 1 day week responsible for learning the applications supported, level 2 & 3 user support, minor programming tasks, extensive pre-release testing, and other support tasks for enterprise-wide applications. This candidate must have strong knowledge and an understanding of programing in C# and APIs. This candidate will be learning off-the-shelf applications and helping to write/test reports utilizing Crystal Reports and writing SQL Queries. This will also involve troubleshooting and identifying root cause analysis for application issues on a day to day basis. Compensation for this position ranges anywhere from $50/hr-$58/hr based on years of experience.

Skills and Requirements

Four (4) years of experience in information systems programming using C# and analysis including design, development, and implementation

 Three (3) years of experience working with relational databases (Oracle or Microsoft SQL Server)

 Three (3) years hands-on experience writing SQL queries with multiple tables

 Experience using and understanding Crystal Reports

 One (1) year experience working directly with the end users

 Effective organizational and analytical skills Tableau Experience null
