Meta Application Manager, Order to Cash and Billing in Boston, Massachusetts

Summary:

Meta’s Enterprise Product team is responsible for building integrated, scalable, and robust enterprise applications. We are looking for an experienced, insightful, forward-thinking Application Manager with a strong ability to design and build products and solutions that power the enterprise.As a valued member of this team, you will be working with Meta Reality Labs Finance teams to provide Oracle Fusion ERP based and custom-built solutions to improve operational efficiency, consistency, and compliance in support of business objectives.

Required Skills:

Application Manager, Order to Cash and Billing Responsibilities:

  1. Own accounting related Oracle Fusion configurations for Order Management, Costing, Inventory, Procurement, Payables and Receivables & Subledger Accounting (SLA) modules.

  2. Build process extensions in Oracle Fusion or Meta Platform to support business needs.

  3. Partner with Finance teams to define end-to-end scalable business processes for new products and regional launches.

  4. Influence projects road map to improve the product, user experience and business process scalability.

  5. Support Accounting, Audit and Finance teams during period close and statutory compliance audits.

  6. Build robust data insights across Order to Cash, Supply Chain and Accounting processes to help Finance partners to drive decision making and deliver accounting/compliance process efficiency. Write complex SQL queries and BIP reports to build data insights.

  7. Collaborate with Product Managers and Application Managers to drive strategic initiatives in the Supply Chain, Order Management, Accounting & Finance space for Meta Reality Labs (MRL).

  8. Own enterprise structure definition for long-term scalability for MRL Order to Cash, Supply Chain, Procurement and Finance business processes.

  9. Engage and communicate effectively with internal customers, enabling informed decision making.

  10. Track KPIs, drive insights & build dashboards to measure results against goals.

  11. Identify risks within the business function, partner with the Audit and GRC teams to document and remediate any such control risks.

  12. Work with vendor product teams to influence product roadmap for product scalability.

  13. Lead/Support all business readiness activities including end user training, product testing and roll-outs.

Minimum Qualifications:

Minimum Qualifications:

  1. BA/BS degree in Information Systems, Engineering, Finance or Quantitative field.

  2. 5+ years experience working in Oracle Fusion or Oracle e-Business Suite (EBS) Receivables and Order Management modules. Solid understanding of underlying accounting processes, impact and integrations.

  3. Understanding of B2B and B2C Supply Chain, Inventory flows (forward and reverse logistics) and associated Accounting Impact.

  4. At least one full cycle Fusion ERP implementation experience for Oracle to Cash, Supply Chain, and Accounting integrations.

  5. Exposure to Accounting processes for Order to Cash, Costing, Procure to Pay, Transfer Pricing and Intercompany.

  6. Working knowledge of Financial Modules (GL, AP and AP).

  7. 2+ years of experience working with Fusion or EBS data models, BIP reports, writing SQL queries independently to perform data analysis.

  8. 1+ years of experience designing applications, creating wireframes and mockups for solution proof of concept.

  9. Proven communication skills to gather business requirements and articulate solutions. Experience in negotiating scope, influence solution options and outcomes and engage with business stakeholders.

  10. Execution focus and experience in leveraging data to influence decision making.

Preferred Qualifications:

  1. Oracle Cloud Supply Chain (Order Management, Procurement, Inventory, Cost Management) and Receivables modules certification.

  2. Experience working in Oracle Fusion or EBS Supply Chain modules (Cost Accounting, Order Management, Procurement and Inventory) and Finance modules (GL and AP).

  3. Proficient in BIP and OTBI reports.

  4. Experience of working with promotional claims.

  5. Experience leading a small team of contractors.

  6. Good understanding of Fusion integrations using FBDI and web service calls.

  7. Understanding of design, usage of web services and related standards (REST, SOAP, XML, JSON).

  8. Exposure to Fusion Revenue Cloud Management Service (RMCS) and Subscription Billing modules.
