RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Responsible for building and maintaining internal and external facing websites, portals and applications using the Optimizely DXP

  • Customizing the Optimizely Content Management System (CMS) authoring interface and features for unique business cases based on user stories and technical designs

  • Integrating with other Optimizely products, RESTful APIs, and third-party systems like Salesforce, Marketing Cloud, Cm

  • Collaborate with fellow team members iteratively through the stages of development, QA, launch and maintenance

  • Be Accountable for team's consistent delivery of high quality on time work, dependencies and impacts vetted out and mitigated upon final delivery

  • Provide vision, direction, and expertise to leadership on implementing innovative and significant digital solutions to business problems. Strategically engage with all levels of professionals and managers across the enterprise and serve as an expert advisor to leadership.

  • Mentor and develop junior developers - create a positive collaborative team culture across various roles

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • 3+ year experience working with the Optimizely DXP platform

  • 10+ years of application development experience using C#, .Net or ASP

  • 5+ years of experience in front end languages like HTML, CSS, Javascript, jQuery, Javascript Frameworks like REACTJS or AngularJS, front-end Frameworks like Bootstrap, CSS preprocessors, code quality tools like JSLint and ESLint, RESTful APIs

  • 5+ years of experience managing a team

  • Knowledge of Agile development methodologies and sprint-based delivery, familiarity with Azure DevOps and Jira, GIT version Control, Jenkins and branching strategies

  • Exposure working with Optimizely DXP, modern DevOps, hybrid cloud hosting models, containerization

  • Bachelor's degree or higher MIS, CS, or other technology related field

  • strong understanding of different mobile platforms and browsers

  • Experience in UI architecture, component/framework design

  • Well-versed with back-end systems like web services and APIs

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Experience with Salesforce CRM platform

  • Proven experience working effectively in heavily distributed environment

  • Proven experience with test automation tools like Selenium

  • Proven strong verbal and written communication skills

  • Proven experience of being on-call for support and maintenance issues; able to troubleshoot independently
