Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Appian Architect to lead the design and implementation of innovative solutions within the banking and financial services sector, specifically focusing on back-office operations. The ideal candidate will bring a deep understanding of Appian architecture, financial services processes, and a proven ability to deliver effective solutions in a dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the architecture and design of Appian-based solutions to enhance back-office operations within the financial services space.

• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, analyze business needs, and translate them into technical solutions.

• Ensure alignment of Appian architecture with organizational goals and industry best practices.

• Oversee the end-to-end implementation of Appian applications, ensuring quality and scalability.

• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to development teams to ensure project success.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate Appian with APIs, Kafka, and other platforms, as needed.

  Requirements

Core Requirements:

• 3-5 years of Appian experience, including architecture and design.

• Proven experience in back-office architecture within the financial services space.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with APIs, Kafka, and other integration platforms.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to address complex technical challenges.

• Familiarity with compliance and regulatory requirements in the banking and financial services sector.
