Kforce AP Coordinator in Boston, Massachusetts

Kforce has a client seeking an AP Coordinator in Boston, MA.Responsibilities:

  • Receive and process invoices

  • Follow up on outstanding invoices

  • Assist in month-end close

  • RReconcile and post transactions for credit card accounts

  • Prepare journal entries as needed

  • Perform some GL analysis

  • Assist with other tasks and special projects as needed

  • High School diploma/GED or equivalent is required; Advanced degree is a plus

  • 2 years of AP experience

  • General office or customer service experience is preferred
