Tribute Home Care is looking for a part time After Hours Support Manager to work on Sundays from 8:30 AM - 5 PM EST. This is a great position for someone who is detail-oriented, customer-service focused, has strong problem-solving skills and is seeking meaningful, mission-driven work.

A day in the life of an After Hours Support Manager

In this role, you will warmly, promptly and professionally answer calls from Caregiver Associates, current clients and their representatives, potential clients inquiring about Tribute's service, and professionals calling about a client or potential client. You will calmly and professionally handle any inquiry or issue that arises, showcasing strong communication and problem-solving skills.

This position will be fully remote, but will require a candidate that reside in either Massachusetts or Maryland. Equipment will be provided.

This position is paid hourly at $32/hour.

What you need to be qualified for this position:

  • At least 1 year of administrative experience in health care, elder care or human services

  • A Bachelor's degree from an accredited college

  • Vaccination against COVID-19. We comply with the EEOC by providing the ability to request an exemption based on medical or religious reasons

  • Prior experience in a remote working environment

  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to multitask

  • Unwavering, passionate commitment to the customer experience and service excellence

  • Strong writing and verbal communication skills

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office

  • Calm demeanor and patience

  • Attention to detail and strong organizational skills

    This position will be fully remote, but will require a candidate that resides in either Massachusetts or Maryland.

    Preference will be given to individuals that can regularly work Sundays from 8:30 AM- 5 PM EST, but also be flexible in picking up extra night and weekend shifts depending on coverage needs. (Shifts include Monday - Friday from 5:00 PM EST - 8:30 AM EST, and Saturday and Sunday from 8:30 AM EST - 5:00 PM and 5:00 PM EST - 8:30 AM EST)
