How You’ll Make an Impact

As an Adobe Experience Platform (AEP) and Adobe Journey Optimizer (AJO) Developer, you’ll play a key role in designing and implementing data-driven customer experiences leveraging Adobe’s powerful Journey Optimizer and Experience Platform capabilities. Reporting to the Lead AEP Developer, you will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including the Development team, Quality Assurance, Project Management, Client Engagement, and external Client teams. With a focus on AEP, your role will involve developing data integrations, audience segmentation, and insights that directly contribute to personalized customer journeys, improve engagement metrics, and drive the effectiveness of our digital campaigns.

What You’ll Achieve

  • Customer Journey Solutions: Develop and deploy complex journey workflows and real-time customer interactions within the Adobe Journey Optimizer platform.

  • Integration & Data Strategy: Design, build, and integrate seamless data flows to connect AJO with AEP and other data sources, leveraging AEP’s customer data platform capabilities to enable a consistent, 360-degree customer view across journeys.

  • Collaboration with Stakeholders: Partner with marketing and analytics teams to translate business objectives into highly personalized, data-driven journeys and automated workflows, maximizing the value of AEP’s audience segmentation and identity resolution features.

  • Platform Optimization & Enhancement: Conduct regular audits and optimizations of existing journeys to maximize efficiency, scalability, and relevance.

  • Innovative Projects: Lead projects that push the boundaries of personalization and marketing automation within the AJO ecosystem.

Who You Are

  • What you’ll bring with you:

  • Hands-on experience with Adobe Journey Optimizer (AJO) and/or similar customer journey orchestration platforms.

  • Implementing and managing XDM schemas and datasets

  • Configuring real-time customer profiles and identity services

  • Developing segmentation strategies and queries

  • Strong understanding of RESTful APIs, data integration techniques, and audience segmentation strategies.

  • Proficiency in configuring journey flows, event triggers, and multi-channel communications.

  • Familiarity with Adobe Experience Platform (AEP) and its data governance and customer profile features.

  • Good understanding of SDLC methodologies (Agile, SCRUM)

  • Good understanding of integration patterns and ETL tools

  • Why you might stand out from other talent:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related fields

  • Knowledge of Adobe Experience Cloud products such as Adobe Campaign and Adobe Experience Manager (AEM).

  • Technical certifications across one or more of the products mentioned above.

  • Former experience in an agency setting working as a consultant

  • Experience with scripting and developing APIs to enable seamless cross-platform integrations.

  • Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Pay Range: $71,250 - $118,750

Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon, but not limited to, the individual's skills, experience, qualifications, location, and applicable employment laws.
