The Office of Medical Education (MEO) is seeking a full-time Administrative Coordinator to support three medical education committees. Meetings are held monthly on Tuesdays and Thursdays 12:00-1:30pm or 4:30-6:00pm. Duties include attendance at meetings, arranging logistics, setting agenda with committee chairs, communicating with faculty attendees, recording via Zoom, taking minutes, distributing and updating committee website. This individual will also be responsible for supporting the educational quality improvement (EQI) process: Sending action item reminders, following up with course and clerkship directors for final version of reports and maintaining database of action items and completion by course and clerkships. Additionally, they will maintain accurate leadership list for committees and EQI process, create groups, schedule, and track compliance sessions (BLS training, EPIC training, and mask fit sessions) for rising third-year students during the Transitional Clerkship, provide additional administrative support for the course, manage conference room, office needs and supplies and budget related documentation for minor events and purchases, provide back up support for all program coordinators in the office and assist with curricular assessments (exam proctoring, clinical skills assessments) and MEO projects.

Required Skills

  • Associate's degree with 1-3 years of experience

  • Bachelor's preferred Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

  • Experience using MS Office applications (Excel, Outlook).
