Cigna Account Manager, intelliPath Connect Implementations - (Work at Home) - eviCore in Boston, Massachusetts

The Account Manager Lead Analyst for the intelliPath Connect solution provides total relationship management for a portfolio of clients from new implementations through continued contract renewal process. Establish and maintains effective rapport among customer executives, managers, and staff. Completes roll-out of provider software solutions at customer sites. Promotes system optimization through on-going client evaluation of goal achievement, strategy revisions, software configuration, upgrades, and training. Identifies add-on business opportunities, by identifying solutions to other client problems, offering guidance on software and service options. Manages risk within client portfolio to maximize client satisfaction, outcomes and minimize churn

Requirements:

  • 3 years of provider health system, revenue cycle management or healthcare IT analyst experience (Epic, Cerner, Allscripts experience preferred)

  • 2 years experience implementing healthcare software solutions

  • Minimum two years account management, sales or sales support experience

  • Strong consulting, systems software and service implementation, process improvement, support and training

  • Strong knowledge of medical benefits management processes to consult on solutions for identified customer challenges

  • Multi-client management with the ability to develop a territory plan for assigned client portfolio

  • Superior presentation skills with customer executives and staff to introduce new/enhanced system functionality to client portfolio

  • Strong analytical skills, software/system issue investigation/triage and attention to detail for customer status reporting

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills for internal and external messaging

  • Expert computer user for a variety of applications including Microsoft Office and Tableau

  • Understands information technology concepts and processes

  • Ability to coordinate with the Sales Team on mutual customer accounts

This position is not eligible to be performed in Colorado.
