Guidehouse 1.6.8.1.12TTY (teletypewriter) Expert in Boston, Massachusetts

What You Will Do :

  • Conduct research and analysis into customer challenges

  • Advise on equitable access

  • Provide advisory support for communication devices used by people who are deaf, hard of hearing or have speech impairment

  • Offer leading practices around implementations and enhancements

What You Will Need :

  • Bachelor’s degree in communications, technology, or related field

  • A minimum of six (6) years equivalent work experience

  • Experience advising professionals on issues surrounding TTY topics and policies

  • Familiarity with US Government laws and regulations on TTY, equal opportunity, ADA, non-discrimination, and inclusion

  • Proficient in MS Office

  • U.S. citizenship

What Would Be Nice To Have :

  • Experience in Unemployment Insurance and/or Department of Labor Subject Matter Expertise and/or experience working in federal or state unemployment insurance programs.

The annual salary range for this position is $98,400.00-$196,900.00. Compensation decisions depend on a wide range of factors, including but not limited to skill sets, experience and training, security clearances, licensure and certifications, and other business and organizational needs.
