Job Summary:

The B2B Sr. Fulfillment Analyst is responsible for developing a forecast and inventory flow strategy to meet customer demand and deliver B2B sales targets . Working with the B2B team as well as the category management teams in the forecasting process, you will be responsible for maximizing procurement fill rate while delivering on inventory KPIs . T his role also partners cross functional ly to creatively improve existing process and build toward future state.

Job Responsibilities:

• Responsible for supporting the creation of strategic flow plans. Influences inventory productivity to include end of life activity.

• Responsible for identifying process gaps between Sales, Assortment, Planning & Allocation, and Date Governance and recommend ing solutions that encompass well-defined systems and processes

• Builds and executes new business opportunities by measuring results and providing recommendations

• Manage inventory levels at B2B fulfillment sites to ensure flow through and reduce financial risk.

• Manage Demand forecasts within JDA Demand and Fulfill to ensure order optimization

Job Qualifications:

• 4+ years' experience

• A history of developing and implementing innovative solutions

• Strong problem solving, retail math, and analytical skills

• Organizes thoughts and communicates credibly and concisely

• Presents to and influences team members and business partners, by utilizing relevant data and fact-based information to articulate results. Able to provide recommendations in a clear concise manner

• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision as well as cross functionally

• Critical thinker, who can interact professionally with both internal and external stakeholders

• Advanced Excel skills

In accordance with the Pay Transparency requirements, the following represents a good faith estimate of the compensation range for this position. At BJ’s Wholesale Club, we carefully consider a wide range of non-discriminatory factors when determining salary. Actual salaries will vary depending on factors including but not limited to location, education, experience, and qualifications. The pay range for this position is starting from $65,500.00.
