Office Assistant Temp to Hire! – Beverly, MA
Our valued client located in Beverly, MA is a global leader in the field of Radio Frequency (RF) solutions for the physiotherapy, aesthetic and veterinary market, and is known in the world for its scientific research performed in the last 35 years. They are currently seeking an Office Assistant to join their growing team, for a temp to hire opportunity. The pay rate is $18-20/hr, with a schedule of 8:30am – 5:30pm. Our client is seeking a hard-working, resourceful, confident, and detail-oriented Office Assistant for handling a wide variety of clerical tasks including managing phones, emails, office organization and assisting associates to optimize processes.
Responsibilities:
Handling incoming calls and other communications
Managing filing system
Greet clients and visitors as needed
Receptionist phone coverage as needed
Order entry and processing
Sales quote and invoice processing
Updating paperwork, maintaining documents and word processing
Help organize and maintain office common areas
Perform general office duties and errands
Booking travel accommodations as needed
Monitor supply inventory
Create, maintain and enter information into databases/excel
Qualifications:
Minimum 3 years administrative experience
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, and CRM software
Working knowledge of office equipment
Quickbooks experience preferred
Ability to write clearly and compose emails as necessary
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Excellent organizational and time management skills
Ability to prioritize and resolve critical issues efficiently and effectively
Detail oriented, with strong organizational skills and multi-tasking abilities
Warm personality with strong communication skills
Work well under limited supervision
