Board Certified Behavioral Analyst - BCBA

Up to $87,000 Starting Salary

$10,000 New Hire Bonus

Location: 55 Tozer Rd Beverly, MA 01915

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) or Licensed Applied Behavior Analyst (LABA) to join our team in a center-based environment. As a BCBA or LABA, you will be responsible for providing behavior analytic services to individuals with diverse needs and developmental disabilities. Your expertise and guidance will be instrumental in designing and implementing effective behavior intervention plans, conducting assessments, training staff, and collaborating with families and other professionals to promote positive behavioral outcomes.

What you will do:

  • Work with the individuals we serve and staff to observe, identify, analyze, and document a range of behavior challenges.

  • Conduct Functional Behavioral Assessments.

  • Develop and implement behavioral analysis service plans and skill acquisition programming (e.g. social skills, functional communication, daily living and independence skills, etc.).

  • Design and oversight of data systems used to measure progress across targeted areas, including visual analysis of data.

  • Create individualized treatment plans to help each individual we serve improve.

  • Use training and creativity to explore ways to handle challenging problems for our individuals in home settings, workplaces, and the community.

  • Train team members to reinforce implementation of behavioral plans.

  • Provide parent training and development specific to clinical programming.

Qualifications:

  • Master's Degree in ABA, Psychology, Education, or related field.

  • LABA License required.

  • BCBA Certification preferred.

  • Valid driver’s license.

  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

  • A reliable, responsible attitude and a compassionate approach.
