We provide in-house training, including First Aid & CPR, and will provide you with the skills to make a difference in people's lives!
Responsibilities :
Provide side by side interventions to Persons that focus on problem solving, skills training, modeling behavior, optimism and encouragement.
Assist the team and Persons in providing on-going assessment of symptoms and responses to staff interventions.
Participate in the development treatment plans and ensure that the Person is at the center of the process and that the interventions are clinically based.
Support Persons in their desire for recovery and rehabilitation in the development of their goals. 3. Provide specific interventions and supports to specialty population within the IGLE.
Ensure the safety of the specialty population and the community by adhering to monitoring plans to support Persons.
Administer and monitor Person medications in accordance with agency, DMH and DPH regulations, policies and procedures.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in either Psychology or Social Work or a related field
Valid driver's license
Reliable vehicle
Ideally 2-3 years prior experience working with adults having severe and persistent mental illness

PAY: $21 p/hr
OT over 40 hours worked: $31.50 p/hr
