Robert Half International Accounts Payable Clerk in Beverly, Massachusetts


Accountemps has partnered with an excellent not-for-profit in Beverly in their search for an Accounts Payable Clerk on a temporary basis.

Reporting to the Accounting Manager, the AP Clerk will be responsible for:

-processing, coding, matching AP invoices

-weekly check run

-managing vendor discrepancies



-processing expense reports

For this position, we are looking for someone with 2+ years of AP experience, strong computer skills, and has ability to work independently.

  • Attention to detail and demonstrated ability to follow standard procedures is a requirement

  • Prior experience in an A/P role preferred

  • AA or BS/BA degree in Accounting, Business or similar preferred

  • Comprehensive knowledge of Accounts Payable (AP)
