MITREhas an opening for the Team Leader of the Windows Security Applicationgroup. You will be responsible for leadingand day-to-day management of a team of engineers doing projects and tasks related to theMicrosoft Windows operating system and Windows Security Applications such as:
Researching, testing, configuring and deployingApplication Control (Carbon Black), Antivirus(Symantec Endpoint Protection, Windows Defender), Endpoint Backup(Connected) and other Windows security applications
Creating and maintainingGroup Policies
Creating software packages and deployingsoftware with Microsoft’s SCCM
Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or Computer Engineering or similarfield and 8 years of applicable experience
Good technicaland management skills with practical experience related to endpoint productengineering
Ability toeffectively interact with management, direct reports and other departments
Familiarity withMicrosoft Windows-based endpoints and securityapplications at an enterprise level including deployment, administration,configuration and troubleshooting in a global enterprise environment.
Good working knowledge of Active Directory, Group Policy, LDAP,DHCP, DNS, TCP/IP, WMI
Familiarity with Microsoft System Center Configuration Manager(SCCM)
