This position will focus on two primary areas: Hotel Program Management and TravelOperations

Hotel Program Management –

  • Manage annual RFP sourcing project and outsourced serviceprovider

  • Coordinate, audit and manage rate loading for all agencysystems globally

  • Ad hoc program adds/deletions

  • Professional vendor management

  • Communication and promotion of preferred program to drivecompliance

  • Continuous review of traveler feedback to ensure highsatisfaction levels

  • Continuous review of Hotel Policy and Program to identifysavings opportunities

Travel Operations and Communications -

  • Coordination of a cohesive marketing, education andcommunications plan for travelers and stakeholders

  • Oversee Travel Services website

  • Management of policies and messaging in online tools

  • Management of traveler/arranger on and off-boardingprocesses

  • Support of Business Continuity efforts for Travelrequirements

  • Drive operation efficiencies; challenge existingoperational processes and procedures and identify opportunities for improvement


Experience: BSBA with 8 years relevant experience in area ofresponsibility. Travelbackground/experience with Concur T&E Solutions preferred.

Requirements include:

  • familiarity with hotel procurement methodologies and standards

  • ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment

  • ability to develop strong working relationships with suppliers and internal customers

  • ability to interact with all levels of management, including Senior Executives

  • continuous improvement mindset

  • highly proficient in MS Office,particularly PowerPoint, with demonstrated ability to learn additional TravelPrograms

Overnight travel 20% ofthe time.
