LogixHealth Senior Resource Manager, Coding in Bedford, Massachusetts
Location: On-Site in Bedford, MA
Participates and develops a coding resource team that will assist LogixHealth with implementing the goal to deliver a coding product that is complete, concise and provides an exceptional service to clients.
Assist in a development of a product that delivers an educational experience that is complete, concise and provides an exceptional product to our clients
Oversee and facilitate in the development of standardized unable to code reasons for client RAI (request for additional information) reports
Identify opportunities for improvement with proposed solutions
Assist management to adjust procedures as necessary to create process efficiencies
Create documentation, such as policy/guidelines
Provide project management for complex projects requiring multiple resources
Ensure management is informed of any/all problems that may arise
Prioritize and execute multiple tasks using effective time management
Review and approve time and attendance records according to company standards
Provide on‐going feedback and annual performance reviews
Ensure cooperative team environment by: effectively communicating with staff about department and company initiatives, adjusting procedures as necessary to create process efficiencies, resolving issues among staff, encouraging constructive feedback from staff and between team members
Assist recruitment process including: identifying needs, posting internally, screening and interviewing candidates

Bachelor’s degree or certification or equivalent combination of education and experience required
Ability to organize and prioritize information with a strong attention to detail
Ability to multi-task and remain calm in a stressful fast paced environment

Prior word processing, spreadsheet and internet software experience including proficiency with MS Excel and MS Word required
Prior Emergency Department specific coding background with a familiarity of different types of chart constructs is preferred
