LogixHealth Senior Manager, Cash Management in Bedford, Massachusetts
Location: On-Site in Bedford, MA
This Role:
As a Senior Manager in Cash Management at LogixHealth, you will assist and support the Director in managing, planning, and guiding the daily activities of the Cash Management department. You’ll contribute to our fast-paced, collaborative environment and will bring your expertise to attest that the ERA/Web Portal Team is functioning at its highest potential to deliver impeccable service to our clients.
The ideal candidate will have strong technical skills, excellent interpersonal communication, and a desire to learn.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage staff and workflows within assigned areas of responsibility as individual directly responsible:
ERA and Web Portal Teams
Web Portal software, business processes, and clearing house workflows
Analyze current workflow to make recommendations for process improvement
Maintain audits and metrics of key performance indicators
Manage staff workload and productivity
Manage recruitment process and ensure staff is trained, aware of job and company expectations, and determine remedial action when needed

Required:
+5 years related experience with prior supervisory in a healthcare setting
Prior management experience
Proficiency with MS 365 including Teams, Word, Excel, and Outlook
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Preferred:
Knowledge of EDI operations
Knowledge of Visio
