LogixHealth Project Manager/Liaison, Provider Enrollment in Bedford, Massachusetts
Location: On-Site in Bedford, MA
This Role:
The Project Manager/Liaison coordinates the accurate and efficient enrollment of LogixHealth providers into health plan contracts
Key Responsibilities:
Coordinates all operational aspects of provider enrollments working closely with Directors, Senior Managers, and network representatives
Coordinate the full cycle Provider Enrollment function for LogixHealth, across the entire physician network
Oversee and lead the documentation of project action items, issues, risks, outcomes, and decisions
Develop, review, distribute, and present project status reports
Create and maintain the project schedule
Maintain ongoing participation in cross-training activities, ensuring appropriate staff coverage of incoming volume
Actively engage in addressing special projects as they arise, conducting preliminary research and follow-up and tracking/monitoring to facilitate ongoing reporting of project status
Provide valid feedback to the Director, Provider Enrollment on departmental issues and progress

Required:
Three or more years senior management experience
Prior experience successfully managing project teams
Familiarity with Office 365 including Teams, Word and Excel
Possesses strategic thinking skills
Thorough understanding of managed care principles and physician practice operations
Outstanding interpersonal skills, including the ability to establish a trusting rapport with individuals at all levels
Demonstrated strong communication skills and attention to detail
Preferred:
Five or more years Provider Enrollment experience preferred
Previous Managed Care and/or Medicaid experience is strongly preferred
An understanding of health plan provider enrollment and credentialing
Excellent organizational skills
