LogixHealth Junior Project Manager in Bedford, Massachusetts
Location: (Bedford)
This Role:
The Jr. Project Manager will support various project within our organization. They will be involved in all aspects of the project life cycle. This key position will work to enhance internal business quality and optimization, and external products and services.
Key Responsibilities:
Assists with the development of project plans and associated communication documents
Works to track projects, map processes, improve flows, define goals, draft and manage project charters, develop meaningful metrics, implement improvements and create standard work where appropriate
Aids in the creation of long- and short-term plans, including setting targets for milestones and adhering to deadlines
As a change agent, facilitates continuous process improvement activities to achieve measurable impacts
Is mindful of resource availability and allocation
Identifies and manages project dependencies and critical path
Performing quality control on the project throughout development to maintain the standards expected
Helps to move projects forward and communicates status to stakeholders
Adheres to the Code of Conduct and be familiar with all compliance policies and procedures stored in LogixGarden relevant to this position

Required:
1+ years of applicable work experience in project management or continuous process improvement preferred. Healthcare and/or revenue cycle management experience preferred.
Superior organizational skills, with a disciplined approach to implementation, support, and documentation
Proven analytical, planning, and problem-solving abilities
Excellent judgment, objectivity, and team skills
Advanced communication and presentation skills including the ability to communicate effectively verbally and in writing
Facilitate the negotiation of requirements amongst multiple stakeholders
Intrinsic ability to create innovative and feasible solutions to complex issues
Experience with software, data visualization techniques and tools
Aptitude for working independently and managing multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
Maintain sensitivity, maturity, and flexibility in coping with challenging situations
Ability to communicate effectively verbally and in writing
Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions
Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision
Ability to sit for prolonged periods of time, use hands, talk, hear and occasionally walk and reach with hands or arms
Preferred:
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience recommended
Lean, Six Sigma, PMP, Agile or similar certification or experience preferred
