Our client is seeking an IT Lab Systems Admin/Technical Analyst (Empower, LabVantage, NuGenesis) for a direct hire, permanent opportunity in the Bedford, Mass. area.
Key Responsibilities/Essential Functions
Support Daily Quality Operations & Systems with emphasis on Empower, LabVantage, and/or NuGenesis.
Possess an understanding of Quality Technologies/operations such as QMS, LIMS, CDS, and other Quality systems
Write/Maintain System Administration and Maintenance SOPs
Develop/Maintain Quality Technology Data Analytics and Dashboards
Gather, develop, clarify, and document functional/user business requirements
Transform the users' requirements into functional requirements
Experience working with QC and QMS systems, preferably LabVantage, Empower, Veeva, TrackWise, MasterControl, etc.
Collaborate with Technology System Owners, Business Owners and Project Managers on issues, concerns, schedules of deliveries and completion estimates and execution
Experience working in GxP validated environments supporting and executing validation requirements
Qualifications
1-5 years of experinece as a Lab Systems Admin and/or Technical Analyst working within a quality lab environment within the pharmaceutical, biotech, or medical device industries.
1-5 years of experience working hands on within Empower, LabVantage, and/or NuGenesis to provide systems administration and support to lab users.
