LogixHealth Integration Analyst in Bedford, Massachusetts
Location: Bedford, MA; Onsite
This Role:
As an integral member of the Electronic Data Interchange (EDI) team, the Integration Analyst will assist in improving the efficiency of operating information systems and the quality and integrity of the data that is shared with other business partners.
Key Responsibilities:
Support the client and new payor set up and enrollment processes for new client implementations
Perform quality audits of Allscripts setup to ensure accuracy and standardization of build to minimize claims and ERA rework and denials
Perform audits of billing files and rejections during Go Live period to resolve issues timely and minimize impact to the revenue cycle process
Perform audits to ensure electronic file submissions best-practices
Coordinate specific tasks with EDI teams under the direction on management
Directly manage the setup, implementation and maintenance of the patient statement process
Perform audits of patient statement and invoice files to ensure the proper flow of the patient statement cycle and appropriate billing for services
Identify process improvement within areas of responsibility and escalate issues to management in a timely manner

Required:
High School Diploma or equivalent combination of education and experience required.
Prior MS Office experience, including proficiency with Excel, Word and Outlook and internet software experience required
Possess knowledge of ANSI X12 5010 837P, 835 transactions
Possess knowledge of the healthcare industry
Ability to work cross departmentally
Ability to communicate effectively verbally and in writing
Must possess excellent problem-solving skills
Must possess strong organizational skills
Must be able to work closely with and take direction from management as well as work as part of a team
Ability to learn new software and techniques and convey them to team
Ability to write routine reports and correspondence
Preferred:
Experience with ANSI 5010 837P, 835, 276/277, 270/ 271, 999/TA1 electronic HIPAA files and revenue cycle preferred
management system-related processes preferred
