Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement demand generation strategies across various channels (e.g. 3rd party advertising, webinars, email marketing, social media) aligned with business goals, including strategies for increasing reach through our channel business

  • Analyze customer data, market trends, media resources, and historical tactic performance to identify target audiences and personalize marketing efforts both online and offline

  • Own the lead lifecycle from creation through sales handoff, ensuring that leads are cultivated quickly and effectively and that our pipeline remains healthy and robust converting demand into customers

  • Collaborate with content creators to produce high-quality marketing materials, ensuring content aligns with strategies, is mapped to the customer journey, and resonates with target audiences

  • Efficient communication and management of external agencies and vendors to achieve demand generation goals

  • Define demand generation success metrics in collaboration with Global Marketing, Regional Marketing, and Marketing Analytics teams

  • Track and analyze all demand generation activities to understand effectiveness and value. Report on campaign performance to management, providing strategic insights and actionable recommendations for improvement

  • Manage the demand generation budget, ensuring effective allocation of resources to deliver healthy return

  • May perform other duties as the need arises and/or assigned

Qualifications

  • 4+ years of experience in demand generation or similar marketing role

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, life sciences, or a related field.

  • Proven track record of developing and implementing successful lead generation strategies

  • Understanding of fundamental marketing concepts and strategies along with knowledge of digital marketing channels (SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, web analytics).

  • Strong proficiency with marketing tools and platforms (e.g., CRM systems, marketing automation tools, and analytics platforms)

  • In-depth knowledge of the sales funnel stages and lead management process and how to move prospects through the funnel effectively

  • Analytical approach with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions to optimize marketing efforts

  • Minimal travel required <20%

Compensation and Benefits

The salary range estimated for this position based in California is $93,800.00–$154,700.00.
