As part of our Human Resources Employee Engagement team, you willberesponsible for planning, integrating, and executing employee engagementsurveys and projectsin alignment with our employee connection strategyYou will developengagement surveys and other data collection plans (e.g., focus groups, sitevisits) synthesize and analyze insights and summaries from all employeefeedback.In thisposition, you will report to the Manager of Employee Engagement and partnerclosely with HR Business Partners, and line managers. Additionally, you will:

  • Use strongorganization and planning skills to successfully create and execute surveys andother employee feedback gathering methods

  • Develop surveys with input from stakeholders,vendor libraries, and occasionally, with input from SMEs in Survey Design

  • Develop and manage additional employee feedback gatheringprograms beyond surveys (e.g., structured focus groups)

  • Develop actionable analyses using survey datafrom multiple sources, producing executive summary and highlight

  • Use your strong communication skills toeffectively share survey results as appropriate to all stakeholders up to andincluding senior level leaders and executives

  • Use strong customer service skills to educate,guide, and support HR Business Partners and managers at all levels as they usesurvey data to make decisions and shape their engagement strategies



  • Bachelor’s degree, 5 years survey managementexperience or equivalent experience

  • Strong facilitation, collaboration, written,oral communications and presentation skills

  • Knowledge of breadth of HR roles, both Center ofExcellence and HRBP, is highly preferred.

  • Demonstrated comfort with ambiguity andorganizational change.

  • Strong quantitative, analytical, and problem-solvingskills

  • Advanced skills with business tools (Excel,PowerPoint, online survey tools)

  • Persistent, tactful, and persuasive team andproject leadership skills

  • Ability to prioritize across multiple deliverablesand handle diverse assignments simultaneously.

  • Experience with Tableau
