LogixHealth EDI Healthcare Manager in Bedford, Massachusetts
Location: On-Site in Bedford, MA
This Role:
As a Manager in EDI at LogixHealth, you will assist and support the Senior Manager in managing, planning, and guiding the daily activities of the EDI department. You’ll contribute to our fast-paced, collaborative environment and will bring your expertise to ensure timely claim submission; monitoring and retrieval of 835, and placement of reports .
The ideal candidate will have strong technical skills, excellent interpersonal communication, and a desire to learn.
Key Responsibilities:
Ensure appropriate training for new hires
Analyze current workflow to make recommendations for process improvement
Manage staff workload and productivity
Qualifications:

Required:
Two to three years related experience with prior supervisory and EDI experience
Knowledge in electronic file processing
Ability to track and resolve EDI production system problems
Proficiency with MS 365 including Teams, Word, Excel, and Outlook
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Preferred:
Previous leadership or supervisory experience in a healthcare setting
