LogixHealth Coordinator, Process Improvement in Bedford, Massachusetts
Location: Bedford, MA
The Process Improvement Coordinator will assist the team in identifying process improvement opportunities and developing and implementing process improvements. The role is to support and track the development of the process improvement projects from the conceptualization to maintenance.
Assist in strategic planning and focused process improvement projects
Actively participate in process improvement projects and demonstrates interest in continuous process improvement
Monitor and communicate status updates and risks related to process improvement projects
Help prepare the team for meetings, take meeting notes, and initiate and track follow-up actions
Tackle one-off projects, including ad hoc administrative support
Use well-defined processes to consistently produce high-quality results

Minimum of 2+ plus years in an administrative support role, preferably in a healthcare setting
Experienced cross-functional collaborator
Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions and procedural manuals
Ability to write routine reports and correspondence
Excellent problem-solving skills and high attention to detail capabilities
Medical Billing experience
Knowledge of Revenue Cycle and ED Billing preferred
