Billing Analyst needed onsite 3 days per week in Bedford, MA for a pharmaceutical company. The Billing Analyst role will be responsible for reconciling data and processing invoices at a single dose level and a consolidated level. The ideal candidate with have strong attention to detail, excellent organizational and communication skills, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team. Excellent advanced Microsoft Excel skills are required in order to succeed in this role, including ability to create pivot tables, sum if statements, v-lookups.

salary: $26 - $30 per hour

shift: First

work hours: 8 AM - 5 PM

education: Associate

Responsibilities

• Reconcile weekly doses to source documents

• Release orders for weekly billing of individual doses

• Reconcile invoiced doses to weekly reconciliation

• Process consolidated invoicing in SAP

• Create upload files for billing doses

• Reconcile data to upload file

• Create upload file for data corrections

• Resolve billing issues or discrepancies, by communicating with customers and key stakeholders

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent; associate or bachelor's degree in accounting

• Minimum of 4 years' experience in billing

• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills

• Experience with SAP billing

• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines

• Experience in a similar industry or field is a plus
