Responsibilities

Here's what you'll be doing:

• Managing the entire invoice process: ensuring invoices are obtained, supported, approved, paid, and recorded following corporate guidelines.

• Timely processing of approved invoices in line with corporate policies.

• Regular reconciliation of vendor statements and addressing vendor inquiries efficiently.

• Resolving invoice disputes, overpayments, and underpayments both with vendors and internal customers, utilizing established resources and escalating non-routine issues to the supervisor

• Must have recent AP Experience
