Description We are in search of an Accounts Payable Specialist to join our team in the scientific instrument manufacturing industry, located in Bedford, Massachusetts. The role offers a contract to permanent employment opportunity. As an Accounts Payable Specialist, your main responsibilities will involve account coding, utilizing accounting software systems, and managing financial services with ADP. You will also be tasked with using Concur and ERP for various accounting functions.

Responsibilities:

• Utilize accounting software systems for various financial tasks

• Handle account coding accurately and efficiently

• Manage financial services using ADP

• Use Concur for managing and processing expenses

• Implement ERP for resource planning and management

• Accurately maintain accounts payable records

• Perform accrival accounting tasks as needed

• Carry out auditing activities to ensure financial compliance

• Manage Automated Clearing House (ACH) transactions effectively. Requirements • Proficiency in Account Coding is required.

• Must be adept at using Accounting Software Systems.

• Familiarity with ADP - Financial Services is essential.

• Must have experience with Concur.

• Knowledge of ERP - Enterprise Resource Planning is a must.

• Should be capable of managing various Accounting Functions.

• Must have experience in handling Accounts Payable (AP).

• Understanding of Accrual Accounting is necessary.

• Auditing skills are essential for this role.

• Familiarity with Automated Clearing House (ACH) is required.
