Actalent QA Technician- 3rd Shift in Ayer, Massachusetts

Job Title: QA TechnicianJob Description

Conduct general food micro testing including generic pathogenic micro under guidance of the Quality Assurance Supervisor or as outlined in the protocol. Revise, edit, and create quality documents. Count and record micro plate counts. Assist in processing of samples from receipt through testing, including all associated documentation and recordkeeping including data entry in internal electronic system, helping to ensure that all steps are completed in a thorough and timely manner as outlined in protocol and to communicate promptly to the Quality Assurance Supervisor. Follow GMP/GLP Guidelines.

Job Type

This is a Contract-to-Hire position with a duration of 5 Month(s).

Work Site

This is a fully on-site position in Ayer, Massachusetts.

Work Environment

This person will help lead a team of 10 individuals and report to the QA Supervisor. It is a fully onsite role. There is 1 opening on 3rd shift from 10:00pm to 6:30am. They will be required to work some weekends on occasion based upon the volume of samples going out the door.
