We are seeking a HR administrator at a food manufacturing facility in Ayer, MA. In this position you would be responsible for all aspects of the HR administrative tasks, including, maintain employee files, HR related reports, managing HR documentation, onboarding and offboarding of employees. Responsibilities

Under the direction of the HR Manager this position is responsible for the daily administration of human resources functions covering benefits, and HRIS, and recruiting, orientations, and plant employee relations Participates in recruitment of plan personnel Processes required documents through the HRIS system, insurance providers and payroll to ensure accurate record keeping and proper deductions Compliance with benefit and HR policies and regulations Keeps management advised of potential problem areas Maintains the corporate HRIS database ensuring timeliness and accuracy of information Provides reports to management as required Assists operations with plant record keeping, recap reports and required safety documents
