SUMMARY: The Comfort Inn in Auburn is seeking to hire part-time or full-time HOTEL MAINTENANCE WORKER positions. DUTIES: \ Inspect and Repair Systems: Check and fix energy systems like plumbing, heating and cooling, lighting, and kitchen equipment \ Install and repair structures: Install new windows, carpets, and light fixtures, and repair floors, roofs, and doors \ Perform Preventative Maintenance: Look for potential issues before they become costly problems \ Address Guest Complaints: Troubleshoot maintenance issues that guests bring up \ Ensure Safety: Regularly inspect the hotel to make sure it meets safety standards REQUIREMENTS: \ High School Diploma/GED
